What is RUaD?

The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR, formerly DASA) has been the recipient of the federal Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws grants since 1998.
